Ok…so I just sampled one of your recipies…I believe it’s the Brown Sugar Apple Cheesecake. I’ve got to tell you it was one of the most amazing desserts I have EVER HAD! If this was on the menu at my favorite restaurant it would be something I ordered everytime! It has a complexity of flavors that just melt together so perfectly! You make Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes’ taste like something off the menu at Cocoa’s!
