This reminds me of my favorite frozen sweet of all time–Ciao Bella’s Chocolate Sorbet. I think it’s pretty much made the same way this is made, except it’s got a little bit of kick from chocolate liqueur. I think it might be worth trying it in this homemade version! That stuff is really orgasmically good.

Having been a dark chocolate lover since birth and very lactose-intolerant since age five or so, I also had a universe-altering experience the first time I had chocolate sorbet. I saw you on Tastespotting and just had to thank you for reminding me of it!
