Hi Joy!
This cake looks delicious! I can't find the recipe on your blog…Is it on here? Also, is the butterscotch layer very runny when you cut it? Or does it thicken up nicely?

I love this currently frosting a Strawberry cake via Paula Deen, unfortunately my cream cheese frosting is a little runny. I just refrigerated it in hopes for those whips and peaks!
Happy Easter or Passover to you!

yum. the cake looks so good. love the photos. I've recently tried cake boards and will never go back to plates! Also, I learned to the fun trick of leaving the cake out for 15 minutes then laying a paper towel over it and smoothing it out (just posted pictures of it on my blog giverslog.com/?p=1502.). thanks for the great tips and inspiration!
