Halloween in the childhood is funny memories and I can not forget it. I ever wore a costume that is not clear at the time of Halloween and the costume was chosen by my mother. I always like it when there is a moment to ask the candy into every home. It was very impressive to me. I want to be able to repeat it again. By the way, the blood red chocolate and bone cookie is perfect for Halloween event. Your recipe makes me interested to try it at home. Thank you for sharing...

I love the photo of the spider (a.k.a. the wire whisk) sitting in the meringue waiting to devour it. Perfect!

I have been making meringues for years now and have never put the sugar and egg whites over a simmering bowl of water to whisk. what is the purpose for this step over the conventional way of just slowly putting the sugar into the room temperature egg whites while having the machine whip the ingredients together until stiff peaks form??
