i think you should know that i’m generally intimidated by cooking and have never made pancakes before, but these looked soooo good, and you made it seem so easy that i had to try it. and they were PERFECT. thank you for that. :)

I made these for my friend (too bad she was on a diet) and she quit the diet a few days later, came over, and asked me to make them again for her! They are so good. If you were ever a child that went over to that friend’s house, and their mom/dad made those pancakes that you have never been able to get out of your head because they were so delicious, these pancakes are most likely the ones you’ve thought about all those years.

Just made these pancakes, replaced the butter with oil but still made the fluffiest pancakes ever! Thankyou for posting this recipe. I’m stuffed but they’re still making me drool! =)
