I can’t even begin to tell you how exciting this is for me. I’ll try.
I started this blog one year ago this month. I’m a girl who loves to bake, take pictures and tell stories. It turns out there’s a way to put all of those loves in one place. I’ve put so much love and energy into this space, so much of myself, that it almost didn’t matter if anyone came to read it. But here you are, everyday. Geez! I just love you for it!

I actually discovered your blog today thanks to the Best Food Blog Award, and I’ve already gone back in the archives till July… I love it! Oh, and I love the pictures, and your heartfelt vision of baking. I know this is going to be one of my favorite blog very quickly! So thanks a lot for putting your time, and love (and recipes) in this and sharing with us.
Okay, I HAVE to ask! How do you keep your shape? I love love love baking, but I also love baked goods…which can be a problem as I’m sure you know. I have no control whatsoever. I’m guessing you do. :)

My nomination for you was not in vain! :) I’m so happy you’re in the running; I’ve been a big fan for months, and your absolutely fabulous pancake recipe has become a weekend staple in my house (the kids are not to be trifled with if a Sunday goes by without them).
