So I have been making your savory breakfast polenta for breakfast a lot the past few months, and I love it! But today I was out of eggs (which is unacceptable, I know) so I made this instead... and ate it with a big glass of cold, strong, milky iced coffee. I may have a new favorite breakfast!!

Just made this for breakfast this morning (yes, it's morning here in Indonesia!) Delicious! Too bad I can't get polenta here in town - have to go all the way to Bali to get it, so that means I won't be making this as much as I'd like. It will sure be a treat, though!

I just got around to making this and ohmygoodness it is the best polenta I have ever had. So perfect for a lazy breakfast. Doesn't look like there will be much luck with the fried polenta follow-up...the cold pan of sweet polenta is just as good as the hot mush. Which is to say, it is all gone. Thanks!
