Today, as my nine year old, Lucy, and I were preparing Easter dinner for our family, she helped five year old Reilly make the cupcakes for dessert! They were green, iced with green icing. Boo-hoo! : ( I made your yummy chocolate chip pancakes for my fam and friends on saturday. They were fabulous. We also loved those carrot cake pancakes (that was a couple of weekends ago). I made an icebox cake with homemade thin chocolate cookies and whipped cream on Friday. SOOO good! Thanks for taking the time to share your recipes. I love trying them.
