Congrats Amy!!!! I love your blog Joy, and today I sent my hubby to work with your banana bread. He liked it so much he didn’t really want to share it. It received many compliments, so a BIG THANK YOU to you for sharing. I started baking more and sending treats to work with my husband. Moral at the police dept is kinda low, and I think it’s kinda fun to surprise them with healthy goodies. It’s my way of boosting moral. Your recipes amaze me. Oh, and thanks a million for the carrot cake pancakes!!!!! My family is addicted to them!
