Can I tell you about my new favorite kitchen tool?
Nope… not a big ladle… not a fancy spatula, but a mighty fine and beautifully crafted pizza cutter from Green Kitchen Tools.
Ironically enough, I have not yet used this pizza cutter to slice pizza, but so far it’s worked wonders helping me with the homemade pasta and slices right through the giant kale leaves that I like to eat for dinner. Soon enough I’ll use the sharp blade and lovely bamboo handle to slice through my favorite pizza.

I’m not sure if it’s considered a tool, but i love my loaf pan. When i saw your recipe for banana bread i HAD to make it. So i bought a loaf pan and made it, and now i get on here everyday to see what new recipes you have up. I truly enjoy your website Joy!

Um…I have to go with my cheese grater-I use it all the time…but if I win it will probably be my new green kitchen tool! :)
What else could be better than a simple wooden spoon? I enjoy all wooden utensils, however a wooden spoon really makes me happy for some reason. It’s just so classically perfect and makes me want to stir some batter!!
Chopsticks are my go-to kitchen utensil. I always have an abundance on hand, and they do so much!
i have recently fallen deeply in love with my tourne knife. Peeling a bushel of peaches was made a fun task thanks to my little curved knife.
my go to is my wooden spatula!! Love it!!
i love my serrated knife, great for slicing tomatoes and bread:)
tongs. hands-down, tongs. i use them for EVERYTHING.
but pizza cutter are my favorite for brownie-slicing!

my favorite kitchen tool(s) are probably my good old fashioned wooden spoons :) I use ‘em for everything! Ok… not everything… but they are quite useful.
Can I say that my favorite kitchen tool is my creativity??? LOL! I never follow a recipe – I amy-ize everything I cook. Yes, I have a favorite knife, a favorite spoon, and my bowl scraper that is currently missing … but my creativity? Without it, my meals would lack oompf. They would be flat and lifeless like a soda without the lovely bubbles. Yep – stickin’ to my guns – my creativity is my favorite tool!
Lately my favorite kitchen tool is my computer and great blogs like yours. I am making an apple pie for my son and his friend today and I decided to try your pie crust. I am very pie crust challenged, but I love your blog and you haven’t steered me wrong yet! Oh and those kitchen tools look amazing.
I think it would have to be my Kitchenaid mixer. I love it. Our relationship is a beautiful thing.

Right now since I have been doing a ton of canning my favorite kitchen gadget is my magnet lid lifter. It has saved my fingers many many a time! I love the look of the bamboo handles that is great!
My favorite kitchen tool is a microplane grater. It’s one of two kitchen tools I took with me when I moved to the South Pacific! That’s how much I love it.
For me, it’s all about the spatula. It’s got a million and three uses, and I’m always finding more.
I would probably have to say, hands down, my favorite tool is a Japanese knife. It slices through anything, and everything, fish, meat, vegetables, everything! :D Pizza slicers I never really thought about using for pasta and brownies, but hey, I’ll try that out. :)
My favorite kitchen tool is my husband! I make him get all the heavy stuff and stuff that is out of reach! LOL
My tastebuds – nothing in my kitchen would turn out quite right without a couple of taste tests.
Other than that, I’d have to say that my favourite kitchen tool is my set of oven mitts.
What beautiful kitchen tools! My favorite kitchen tool is actually a bowl that is pretty enough to serve food in for guests and large enough to use when I need to bake!
I think my favourite kitchen too is my Coors brand pestle and mortar. My father gave it to me as a 16th birthday present. I think it’s the only gift he’s ever given me. Well, all the other ones, I’m sure, were picked out by my mother. But this, this was straight from his heart.
just got a mandoline slicer that makes me see paper thin potato slices in my dreams. :0)
my all time favorite kitchen tool would probably have to be my bamboo spoon. it’s amazing!

My favorite is probably my coffee scoop…because it assists me in getting the perfect coffee to water ratio every single morning! :-)

I have to say that my favorite kitchen tool is my standmixer. It was my present for graduating university, and I absolutely love it. I want to buy the add ons like the meat grinder and the pasta maker… but sadly I don’t get enough time to bake as it is!

My favorite kitchen tools are a medium-sized really sharp kitchen knife and wooden spoons. Can’t do much of anything useful, tasty or pretty without them. After that, I love my blender-with-small-food-processor-attachment because it does things I don’t have the time/strength/patience/stamina to do.

Hi Joy, i just have to tell you that i “discovered” your site just a few months ago and have tried several of your recipes, which almost all of them have turned out as beautiful as your, almost. Anyways i have such a passion for baking, i just can’t get enough of you site! My favorite kitchen “tool” has to be my rubber spatula, i had 3 break on me within a week and i was lost without them…

My favorite tool is my knife sharpner!!!! I hate a dull knife. It’s one that was recommended by America Test kitchen and it’s fabulous especially when it cost less than $10.00!

I love my big orange Le Creuset pot that my mother-in-law gave me. It’s the best.
