Hi Joy! I know this is an old post. But I am looking for an amazing brioche recipe and you were my first stop. Only, there are only pictures of amazing brioche rolls here! I dream about these rolls from a restaurant in my neighborhood. They are slightly dense, buttery, and pull-ey, you know? And they sprinkle the tops of the rolls with HUGE (not that huge) salt crystals. SO GOOD. Any ideas? Thanks!
