My some incredible stroke of luck, I had all of the ingredients for this in my house this evening (even the Trader Joe’s brand frozen yogurt!). So I made it. It was absolutely divine. And I feel quite pretty!

This is sooooo yummy!!! My 19 yr old daughter and I make a norwegian christmas cookie ( family tradition for over 100 yrs) that has cardamom in it, and this gave us that sentimental feeling deep down inside. When we both took a sip from our straw at exactly the same time, our eyes met. It was magical. We fell in love. We have been making them every week!!!! Thank you Joy….

I really genuinely just about fell off my chair when I saw that frozen yogurt. I’m actually considering going to trader joe’s right this second. Because a) I need that in my life and b) if I have that, I can make this.
