		<description><![CDATA[I used homemade Dijon for this and I guess it was a mistake. My husband and I found the flavor to be underwhelming. I don&#039;t mean to be rude, I just like leaving a review whenever I try a blogger&#039;s recipe. 

I should note that they didn&#039;t go unenjoyed, the potatoes... They were delicious dipped in steak juices and a melted compound butter.]]></description>
