I can vouch for this Wild Rice Salad with Yoghurt Vinigarette. I have made it a few times, especially when I am on a salad/healthy eating kick, and its awesome :) Tasty and healthy. Thanks Joy :)
I am going to make the Israeli Couscous Salad for a dinner party tomorrow. There’s only one issue: I have a TON of fresh limes but only lemon juice in my kitchen. How do you feel about subbing lime juice for lemon juice?
