Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • pinch of sea salt
  • heaping 1/2 teaspoon chai spice, plus more to taste
  • soft whipped cream or marshmallows for serving

Instructions
