I made these this morning.. They are so good. I only had 1T of butter, so I threw in 2T vanilla yogurt. That worked. I have 17 pancakes in the freezer now! It’s just hubby and me!

Made these this morning with a few substitutions based on what I had in my kitchen. 1% milk, Earl Grey tea, no salt, and barley flour. Soooooo delicious. I love to experiment with pancakes and don’t usually make them the same way twice, but these are now going to be my go to pancakes to impress ;)

I made these today, made no exceptions did exactly as instructed. with butter & syrup they are good, but I tried one plain and I really could barely taste any spice! Next time I will definitely use more spices but thank you for the perfect base! They formed and cooked perfectly!
