I like this post a lot Joy! I was given a juicer from my big bro for my Birthday in January - it took me a few weeks but I got comfortable with it. On the Paleo diet, I eat a ton of meat - and I don't mind, but it's nice to just throw a bunch of vegetables in the juicer and call it a day - I always feel refreshed - apple, ginger & lemon make almost any combo better!

Hi Joy,

you've got me hooked - I'm now the proud owner of a slow juicer and loving it. I'm curious, you mentioned you use the pulp for soups - do you have a recipe or some tips for that?

Thanks,
Ruth

Love the entry. I've been juicing for a year now, almost daily. It makes me feel so healthy that it's a treat putting one together for myself. I'm happy and thankful for having the privilege of owning a juicer and having the knowledge of how good it is for me :)
