The Cookbooks

My second cookbook, “Homemade Decadence: Irresistibly Sweet, Salty, Gooey, Sticky, Fluffy, Creamy, Crunchy Treats,” hits stores in October 2014.

It takes an even more indulgent turn with 125 really special treats that any home cook can make.

There’s even a whole brunch chapter – everything’s in there.

My first cookbook: “The Joy the Baker Cookbook” is an unabashed celebration of butter, sugar, and heavy cream, published by Hyperion, 2012.

100 recipes and 100 photos for delights like “Man Bait” Apple Crisp to Single Lady Pancakes and Peanut Butter Birthday Cake.

Muffins are best served warm, bread should be studded with chocolate, and even avocados can be made into cake.

What’s up now: I’m heading out on the road this Fall to celebrate Homemade Decadence and hope to see you! Appearance, classes, and dates can be found here.

I am currently working on my third cookbook (this time all about Brunch!), published by Clarkson Potter.
