  • 1 heaping cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup cold almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
