Description
A bubbly play on a classic Negroni cocktail.
Ingredients

- 1 ounce red vermouth
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce Prosecco, champagne, or other sparkling wine you love*
- Ice, for serving
- Orange peel, for garnish
- * I know it bucks the traditional ratio of a Negroni, but I like this drink with 2 ounces of Prosecco instead of 1.
Instructions
Stir the vermouth and Campari in a lowball glass. Add ice. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with orange zest. Enjoy right away. Cheers!
