Hi! I love your site and this recipe. I found it a few years ago and I have been making this crisp every fall ever since! I am only 15, but I love to cook and bake. I want to be you when I grow up!

Made this tonight for dinner with some girlfriends, but after tasting it, I know I am going to have to make a pan for the boyfriend pronto. Seriously. This is the best apple crisp EVER. Of all time.

Oh my God. I made this apple crisp for a boy last night and it was a hit, to say the least. He even asked to take the rest of the pan home with him. (Fat chance!)

I used Golden Delicious apples and they were awesome; I'll use them again next time.

Hi Joy,
I made this crumble tonight, but the crust didn't turn out that 'crumbly'. What could have caused that?
